SHOUT OUTS to the amazing businesses that worked so hard to complete the “Renovation Design Challenge”,  fabulous job to all!

Still running smooth, and oodles done!  The glass shower was installed, as well as the sink, tub and closet, yaaahoooo!  The next few days will be equally as crazy but we will be done.  This will be my last post until completion and final photos are taken, we need to leave some details for the big reveal!!  Watch for the completed photos, they will be amazing!

HOLY MOTHER OF PEARL!!!! Ohhhh the accent tile went in today and all I could do was squeal with delight.  This new tile from Olympia is just fantabulous, it sparkles from every direction.  Pictures really do this tile no justice.  Amazing work from Jason, the tile setter on this one.  It was just a frenzy of activity on site, tile finishing up, counter top installation, painting and plumbing fixture installation.  Today will be no different, the dressing room installation in underway, the rest of the plumbing fixtures (sinks, tub) installed, tile completion, more painting, and the glass for the steam shower installation.  Once again I can’t say I have ever seen so many trades band together and work cohesively to get this job done.  LOVE IT, LOVE IT!

Moving right along, tiling has begun and Jason is kicking butt!  He got a ton done yesterday and started working on the floor today.  Pretty much all our finishing material has arrived and is just waiting to be installed, oh yeah!  Tiling also started today in the Powder and should be complete tomorrow, with the exception of around the vanity.  Once the counter top is installed Monday the tiling will be complete in that room.  Full steam ahead, and 1 week to do go…….. we can do it and will!!!

We are going gang busters to get this project complete.  Wow it’s already been painted, Kerdi on the floor and being installed in the shower as we speak.  Tile was delivered this afternoon so that will begin today as well.  Powder room vanity was installed Sunday and counter tops were measured today.  All is going according to schedule, great work everyone!!

The last couple days have not had a ton of noticeable changes but progress has been made.  All new-heat wires are in and leveled, mudding is wrapped up and sanding almost complete.  Guys looking white as a ghost with all the drywall dust, lol.  Cabinet boxes have been delivered on-site and the powder room vanity will be installed today.  Things are going well and staying on schedule……looking good crew!
